Good read. I wrote a blog a few days ago about clothes not making you, but still having the ability to break you. It ties into this article nicely, and I am loving the explanations you presented, which seem to break down those distinctions between drag kings and studs well.

Keep telling that history:

Read the novel, Rescue at Pine Ridge, "RaPR", a great story of black military history...the first generation of Buffalo Soldiers.

How do you keep a people down? ‘Never' let them 'know' their history.

The 7th Cavalry got their butts in a sling again after the Little Big Horn Massacre, fourteen years later, the day after the Wounded Knee Massacre. If it wasn't for the 9th Cavalry Buffalo Soldiers, there would of been a second massacre of the 7th Cavalry.

Read the novel, “Rescue at Pine Ridge”, 5 stars Amazon, Barnes & Noble and the youtube trailer commercial...and visit the website http://www.rescueatpineridge.com

I hope you’ll enjoy the novel. I wrote it from my mini-series movie of the same title, “RaPR” to keep my story alive. Hollywood has had a lot of strikes and doesn't like telling our stories...its been “his-story” of history all along…until now. The movie so far has attached, Bill Duke directing, Hill Harper, Glynn Turman and a host of other major actors in which we are in talks with…see imdb.com at; http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0925633/

When you get a chance, also please visit our Alpha Wolf Production website at; http://www.alphawolfprods.com and see our other productions, like Stagecoach Mary, the first Black Woman to deliver mail for Wells Fargo in Montana, in the 1890's, “spread the word”.

Peace.

as I spent time caring for my kids and myself, i realized that my gyrl has never been sick while we were together. never had a cold or the flu or anything. i've never had to watch over her and feed her soup and take her temperature. she's of course had 2 take care of me plenty of times. but never the other way around.

the reason why this calendar is so special to me. this is the only way that i've been able to really do something concerning her health. i wasn't there when she found the lump. i was not there when she go the diagnosis. i was not there for her during her chemo and radiation. but i'm here now and i want her to know that she has my undying support. sometimes it doesn't feel like enough. sometimes we have so much fun with the photoshoots and commeraderie that we forget that there is cause behind the project.

tho' it seems like fluff sometimes. me fawning over the good looking womyn and whatnot, i never forget the point of it all. this isn't a vanity piece i do care about every woman that i meet. whether they are femme, stud, gay or st8. and this is how i express it. thru my art. thru photography. thru this lovely little blog.

finding this article was right on time for me. i'm fully recovered and ready to wrap up this project but i'm reminded that it's not over. we all have 2 continue 2 care for one another 24/7. in sickness and in health.
