Breasts not needed?

my-breastsLast month Hard Candy Calendar website had a poll asking lesbians (ASSuming that only lesbians visited the site) which part of the woman’s body was their favorite. The results were as follows: Eyes 41% Ass 31% Lips 16% Legs 6%, 3% only cared about a woman’s mind and didn’t care what she looked like (i’d like 2 meet the womyn who answered this) and 3% said other. Lastly, 0% said breasts. Zero. Zero? ZERO! I’m sure u guessed by now that I’m surprised. But not in the way that u might think. I personally have not put a whole lot of stock in breasts. I’m surprised that I’m not alone. As far as mine are concerned, I am a proud member of the Ittty Bitty Titty Committe. I’ve never felt self-conscious about them. I think they’re cute and just right. No biggie. And since I’m only attracted to studs, breasts have never been something used to attract me when meeting someone. From this very, very, very unscientific poll, no one really thinks breasts are important in terms of attraction.

I recently read a blog about a butch woman wrestling with her identity due to the fact that her breasts were growing. And I had heard on many occassion that someone said that butch womyn don’t have breasts. Once someone stated very specifically, that studs aren’t supposed to have breasts. Whaaaa? How the hell is that possible? I wondered. Studs are womyn. Period. Just cuz they identify with the more masculine side of their persona does not mean that their hormones cease to work. I guess that means they’re suppsed to will it to be huh? smh. Is this really what’s going on out there?

This idea that breasts aren’t supposed to be there suggests that studs are not supposed to be womyn. And anyone that deals with them aren’t supposed to acknowledge their womanhood. I immediately imagine these womyn’s bedrooms and ASSume that their pillow princess gyrlfriends lie there and pretend that her breasts and vagina don’t exist. My vivid imagination sees studs with bodies like a mix between ken and barbie. no real discernable features on their genetalia.

It seems that the emphasis on breasts are placed upon us by our male dominated society. Cuz apparently, we are going in the total opposite direction. But are tits completely unnecessary to the lesbian woman?
Now as much as I like a dominant woman, that doesn’t mean that I don’t like the “woman” side of her. And that does include the physical parts of being a woman. I love my gyrl’s cha-chas and would never be with a woman who taped her stuff down or didn’t allow me to appreciate them. Not the most important part of a woman but it is a part of a woman and therefore should not be ignored.

Too bad I didn’t get an opportunity to vote in the poll, but I’m sure I wouldn’t have chosen breasts either because it’s not the first or last thing I notice in a woman, but they are one of my favorite parts on my and my woman’s body! I’m a soft-stud who is athletic and well endowed up top. I don’t recall a time in my life where I’ve date a woman who had more to offern than I, but it’s never been a deal breaker in a relationship either. When my girl and I are cuddled it’s the first place my hands go, lol. Whoever coined the phrase that studs aren’t supposed to have breasts either doesn’t have any or has issues with their identity. To each their own.

Wow i am dating a soft stud and she has the epitomy of perfect breasts… matter of fact they are better looking than mine! LOL And yet I dont see her as any less of a stud! She loves mine and wishes I would show them more! I am new to dating women but it seems what I have learned in a short time is that there is a lot of opinions about studs and how they are supposed to act and look. The ones I met I adore and they embrace both sides, the feminine and masculine side!!!

I like studs. No, I don’t place a lot of emphasis on their breasts. Even if they bound them, I wouldn’t really care. She can do what she wants; it’s her body. I’m a pillow princess, though I must say I don’t act like my partner’s parts don’t exist. That would be silly.

i understand not putting emphasis on breast. but binding them is an attempt to delete them altogether. there’s a big difference between not putting a priority and pretending that they dont’ exist. do u give your mate’s breast any attention at all? just curious. u don’t have 2 answer if it’s 2 personal.

breasts are beautiful…period. like whatlike…im sorta a pillow princess but i NEVER ignore the breasts…love ‘em :-)

I absolutely looove every inch of the female body!!! My favorite part is…uhm all of it. My future wife is a “soft stud”.I make it very clear to her that I appreciate all of her feminine qualities, while still showing love for her dominant nature. The key is to get with a woman who know’s and is sure of herself. Only then do you get to enjoy the best of both worlds;)
